Green office space is available in our historic buildings at 155 Water St and 68 Jay St in DUMBO, as well as a newly renovated building at 147 Prince St in downtown Brooklyn ( click here to see a sample floor plan). DUMBO is a unique neighborhood just one stop from Manhattan on the A C or F train. With many restaurants, boutiques and galleries, you'll find plenty of things to do when you need a break from the office. The building has magnificent views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, Brooklyn Bridge Park, the East River and the Manhattan skyline.
Our downtown Brooklyn location is accessible by nearly every subway which runs through Brooklyn, including the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, B, D, F, N, Q, and R.  This makes it an easy commute, no matter where you are coming from.

Desks and office spaces are currently available on a month to month payment plan in several different configurations at low monthly rates.  Single desk units range from $299 - $475 and offices for small companies range from $600 - $3200. For larger companies, we can make special configurations to suit your particular needs.
